Aspire to deepen your practice or share your passion of Yoga by teaching. A structured and quality training program that started in 2003, we have trained many teachers and continue to share our knowledge and experience in our teacher training programs
The practice of Yoga has to be done with a sincere heart, a love and passion for Yoga. The teaching of Yoga has to be done with care, compassion and responsibility. Learn Yoga the correct way to have good health and positive attitude.
The focus of our Teacher Training is for students to learn and have a good understanding of the Yoga
When the body has experienced and learnt, wisdom comes. The confidence to teach will naturally follows.
CONTACT USA hybrid of165 hours at the studio and 35 hours of virtual classes allowing more flexibility in your time management. Total course duration is 6 to 8 months depending on weekday or weekend classes.

When you have practiced Yoga for some time and find that there’s more than the physical aspect of Yoga poses, you’d realize the vastness of the subject of Yoga and you want to know more.
Or, when you have experienced first-hand how Yoga can heal physical/mental/ emotional pain, you will be naturally drawn to a Yoga teacher training program.
If you feel that Yoga is great, you’d want to share Yoga to all, especially to your loved ones.
Upon completion, participants will be issued certificated from Riana Yoga Institute. Graduating teachers can also register as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, an internationally recognized Yoga teacher training body.
The curriculum is based on the traditional Iyengar style. It is a program that will inspire one to diligently practice Yoga and over time be able to teach anyone of any age and flexibility.
In this Teacher Training, we will touch on all aspects of physical, mental and spiritual facets of Yoga
Learn the Philosophy, Science and art of Yoga, not only to improve your yoga practice but more importantly, apply it to the way you live everyday We continuously update our syllabus to give aspiring teachers the relevant skills to teach confidently.

Riana and Suzan have conducted many teacher trainings in Indonesia, Singapore, Taiwan and across China in Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai and Jinan.
The current teacher training curriculum is infused with knowledge and rich personal experiences of both teachers.
